What to Expect: The Paint pARTy Experience

1. Before the pARTy

Once your booking is finalized, whether it’s a pre-sketched canvas or a blank-slate masterpiece, I’ll have everything prepped and ready for your specific headcount.

Want A Painting That's Not In The PPWB Gallery:

For a $60 ThemeMatch Fee, Bre will craft your blueprint into the physical sample painting specifically for your event. Now you can focus on the brilliant finish.

2. Arrival & Setup

I will arrive at your venue 30–45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

My Role:

I bring the canvases, paints, brushes, aprons, table covers, and creative energy!  

Your Role:

Please ensure the tables and chairs are set up in your desired layout before I arrive. I’ll handle the "mess-proofing" and get the ART stations ready!  

Pro-Tip:

Please ensure a clear path for load-in! If your venue requires paid parking (garage or lot), please let us know so we can coordinate access. Any associated fees will be passed to the client. 

3. During the Event

We hit the ground running! I provide step-by-step, high-energy instruction.

ALWAYS Beginner Friendly:

No experience? No problem! I break down every stroke so everyone leaves feeling like an ARTist with their custom masterpiece.

The Atmosphere:

Expect a fun, relaxed environment with Bre working the room during instruction offering assistance and providing lots of encouragement. 

4. Wrap-Up & Cleanup

Once the masterpieces are dry (usually about 15 minutes after the last brushstroke), guests can take their ART home! I handle the cleanup of supplies, ensuring your space is left just as I found it–minus the creativity vibes that linger.
