Curated Palette Event Prices

•  When is the latest I can book a paint pARTy? All bookings must be finalized at least 10 days prior to your event date. Because of the attention to detail and custom preparation required for every pARTy, I am unable to accommodate requests within 10 days of the desired date. 
• How long does a paint party last? Most sessions range from 1 to 2.5 hours, depending on the complexity of the design and the flow of the pARTy.
• What is the latest I can book a pARTy? To ensure everyone has a great time and finishes their masterpiece, the latest stART time for any booking is 8:00 PM.
• How far in advance should I finalize my booking? As early as possible! All event details must be finalized and fully paid for at least 14 days before your event date.

• Is there a minimum number of guests required? Yes, to ensure a vibrant and engaging experience, the minimum guests amounts are listed below:
• Private Events: 5-person minimum.
• Schools, Churches, Businesses, or Fundraisers: 10-person minimum.
• Couple's Events: 2 lovely people
• What if I don’t meet the minimum number of guests? We say: the more, the merrier! However, if your group is smaller than the minimum, the cost of the pARTy will still be the equivalent of 5 ARTists (for private events) or 10 ARTists (for schools, churches, businesses, or fundraisers).
• What if a guest doesn’t show up? Am I refunded? We prepare all supplies in advance based on your final headcount. Unfortunately, there are no refunds, partial credits, or transfer of funds if a guest cannot make it. However, you are more than welcome to invite another friend to take their space!

• How do I secure my date? An inquiry is great, however a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to lock in your date on the calendar. The remaining balance must be made 14 days before your scheduled pARTy. **Any paint pARTy booked within 10-14 days of the event date will incur an additional $15 per person added to the booking price. The entire cost of the paint pARTy will be due at that time.  
• When is the final balance due? The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to your event.

•  Do you provide furniture? Paint pARTies With Bre provides all the ARTistic supplies (canvases, paint, brushes, easels, aprons, etc.), but tables and chairs are not provided. Please ensure your venue has adequate seating and surface space for your guests.

Young ARTists pARTies

• Is babysitting included? While we have a blast with our younger creators, our events do not include babysitting services.
• What is the adult-to-child ratio? To ensure every child gets the help they need, we require at least one adult to be present for every 5 children.

• Do you travel? Yes! My immediate travel area covers Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. 
• Do you host events outside of the DMV?I am thrilled to host NATIONALLY! I have hosted in-person events in GA, PA, TX, and VA, as well as virtual events in MI, OH, FL, and IL. If you want to pARTy, I will find a way to get there!

 *Note: Events more than 15 miles from zip code 21218 will incur a      travel fee.

 Space Tip: When setting up your tables, allow for about 2 feet of space per person so everyone has room to "bring out their inner ARTist" without bumping elbows!
